I would like to show a popup to first visitors only but I don't manage to make it work. You can see the settings in the screenshot attached.
So, when added to the page via shortcode or the layerslider element provided for this purpose (Enfold WP Theme) it does show up each time the page loads. However, when I use the build-in Target page data, nothing shows.
