Hello everyone, I write here because maybe some of you had the same problem (I’m probably wrong). I created a slider with 5 slides, each slide has a photo with animation, when I start the slider from the preview everything works. when I insert the slider on page only the slide number 1 is visible and all the other slides do not start and do not look as if they did not exist. does anyone know why?

I can not show you why the site is still under construction, but to make you understand, my slider works like that of this site: http://www.oeo.dk/ preview everything ok, live instead you see only the first picture

I can privately provide access to the site if you need it

Sorry, but it is quite urgent for my client, I have bought the license again to receive support quickly, is it possible?

    Hello varia,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Unfortunately we cannot really tell what might be wrong without seeing the issue live. Please set up a test page or a temporary login for us, so we can investigate this problem.

Hello! Thank you for your reply. I managed to fix it and now everything works correctly. I take this opportunity to ask you a question, in the preview I see the images of excellent quality, online instead of the images loose so much in quality, how does it happen? I inserted images of 4000px width should suffice.

if you want I can give you the credentials to access the test area. thanks in advance

sorry Attila, another question, because when I insert the images are distorted and stretched?

    Thank you for the feedback.

Please try to disable the Use srcset attribute option to see if that helps. It is located in the Slider Settings -> Misc tab.

hello Attila, thank you so much !!! it was just that! now the images are seen in excellent quality. but it remains a problem, on some resolutions you can still see the gray bands on the photo, I need the slide to be full screen on all resolutions

Depending on what images you want to make fullsized inside the slider, you will either need to set the Slide Background Image -> Size to cover/stretch for slide images, or set 100% width and height for layer images.

  • varia replied

ok, thanks, so to set the 100% width and height for the images of the levels how should I do? I can not find this option ... I have seen in the general settings that you can enter 100% but only in width

The options to edit/adjust layers are located in the Layers section. You should look for the Styles tab of the corresponding layer.

Please note that there are many source materials available you can check, that will help you get started using LayerSlider.
The documentation contains detailed information and examples that you can read on the following URL: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html
You can also read the interactive tooltip & notification messages integrated into the Slider Builder interface, with descriptions of the settings by hovering over each one of them.
Finally, you can import the demo sliders from the Template Store to see what settings we used and how we set them up exactly.

thanks Attila, I've read the documentation, I wrote to you because I did not find exhaustive answers in the documentation that is a bit superficial compared to the infinite options that your plugin offers. I also downloaded your templates to watch how you made them, but in my case there is no template that does what I have to do, and since I paid the support, I expect the answer is not "read the documentation" . anyway thanks the same

  • varia replied

you can close the ticket. Hello and thanks

  • [deleted] replied

My answer was not "read the documentation". I've provided you with the exact location of the width and height options you were looking for.

I've added the recommendations as a suggestion that you can utilize to get a better understanding of the basics of the  plugin, like setting size for a layer.

  • varia replied

OK, you've been very helpful. I just wanted to say, that if I'm here it's because I've read the documentation and unfortunately I did not find the answers you gave me. This is why I say that as a suggestion it does not seem useful to me. anyway now I understand. thank you

Thank you for the feedback, glad we could be of help. If you need further assistance please let us know.

Also, if this solution would change your mind about the plugin, please consider changing your rating - that would mean a lot to us.
