looking for an option to disable “mobile tilt effect”, that on devices which have gyroscope any movements of slider, that are on desktop version with mouse, are disabled, just static image that’s loaded at first. Is there “tick the box” option in settings?

Unfortunately at the moment there is no option to disable the parallax effect only for mobiles.
However there are some alternative ways to achieve this. You can show different content on mobile devices two ways.
You can use the device specific layers to display content only on certain devices. This feature gives you the option to create separate layers and layouts for desktop - mobile - tablet view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. So basically you can enable the parallax effect for layers only in desktop view.
Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two sliders with different sizes or with different content for dekstop and mobile, include them both to the site, and only display them on the required device. To achieve this you will need to use the Hide over and Hide under options in the Slider Settings. For example create a slider for desktop view with parallax and set ~1024 for the Hide under. So the slider will only visible on a screen that is higher this value. After that you can create a slider for mobile without parallax and add Hide over ~1023.
