Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Hi

    I have purchased a license for layerslider.However I received the free version of the plugin with my wordpress theme.It is not showing in the installed plugins section. How can i  deactivate the current free version and then install the new licensed one.Also if I deactivate will i lose my current sliders that i  have in my theme already?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    Your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the reinstalling process.

    However in case the bundled version of LayerSlider does not show in the WP Plugins menu, it means that the theme deeply integrates it. Unfortunately we are not familiar with your theme and do not know their methods, so we cannot help removing the bundled version of the plugin. I'd recommend to contact the author of your theme on how to delete the bundled version so you can install ours.
