I had a WP construction site and activated the plugin with my license code.
Then ive moved the website to the live environment and deleted the construction environmet. Now i get the message 'this purchase code is already being used on another....'
How/ where can i disable the old website/domain?

I am using WP multisite with subdomain and i cant activate it for every site. Is there a way to activate it for the network as a whole?

Multi-sites cannot be activated with a single license. You will need separate licenses for each site in that case.
