It says my purchase code is invalid

Sometimes the slider is not showing up, if it does, it always has a black bar above and below it.
Please help!
The black area in the slider is part of your video. You can check the video by itself here: https://quiltingbydavid.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Scene-office_2-2.mp4 As you can see, the black border is inside the video, and not around the slider.
