I did some layout changes and replaced your pis. The mouse hover effect worked fine ! but suddenly stopped. Now when the mouse pass over the images, they picture's elements dont move anymore... and I dont know why.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Could you please show us your site or a test page with the slider where we can check on this issue ?
The slider in the LayerSlider WP menu works fine. The elements move when I activate the button "slide" next to the button"preview". The slider does not work when I go to the wordpress page preview ...
If you cannot resolve this with these elements, what you need exacly from me more?
We need to see the problem live. So we will need you to provide us with an URL to your site or to a test page where we can check this problem to investigate it.
Yes, we did, but unfortunately we do not have access to LayerSlider or to the Plugins WP menu. Could you please add permission for this user so we can use LayerSlider ?
Thanks. I've checked your slider and as I can see the parallax effect is disabled for every one of your layers. That is why they do not move on mouse activity.
You can enable the parallax movement for your layers in the Layers -> Transitions -> Parallax Transition tab.
Every one of those options are used to set up different parallax movements/effects. If you would like to recreate the parallax from the demo slider you have used as a base, I'd recommend to check what settings that slider has and copy it. Or you can just play around with the settings there to see what works for you.
Please note that I've already provided you with the location. The parallax effects can be set for each layer in the Layers -> Transitions -> Parallax Transition tab, with the options located there.
I am sorry, I went and checked through the tabs and menus, the parallax effects are ON .
However, elements still dont move when there is a mouse hover event, despite I spent a considerable time of back-forward checking according your demo slider.
As you clearly stated : "...the parallax effect is disabled for every one of your layers", consequently I dont have any other choice than kindly ask you to tell WHERE you see this disable option.
OR
Where you see there is a setting missing which blocks the elements movement ..
I am not asking you to define movements or enter into details concerning the parallax's settings.
I've checked your settings and the live site again, and the parallax effect is seemingly working, and your layers are moving. Were you able to locate the mentioned options in the meantime then ?
Sincerely no...The thing is as I dont know where you saw the parallax effect was disabled for every layer, so I would not be able to fix it if that happens again...If you could say where, that would be great so I can avoid it for the next time.
I'm afraid I can only repeat myself, as I've already provided you with the location twice.
The parallax animation can be enabled/disabled for each layer in the Layers -> Transitions -> Parallax Transition tab.
For the parallax to work, you will need this enabled and then apply the proper settings (level, type, event, axes, distance, etc).
The slider cannot edit itself to suddenly stop the parallax effects, so the problem was most likely that either the parallax tab was disabled or the related settings were not set correctly (inherit might not always be the good choice).
But the issue is I cannot identify visually where is the button to enable that you are talking about as there is no mention of "parallax transition tab" button on the screen. I know its very basic, but I am a beginner and not familiar at all with wordpress and themes in general...
So here is attached the screenshot with the button in red circle I guess is the one you are indicating.
The Parallax Transition tab is itself where you are on the screenshot, and yes you can enable it with that button. And then the options under it become useable to set up the parallax movements.
Hello,
I am working with this theme : https://themeforest.net/item/thefox-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/11099136 and your "LayerSlider for WordPress" from which I downloaded the "fancy parallax slider", and did used the first slider#1 ( the landscape & mini car template).
I did some layout changes and replaced your pis. The mouse hover effect worked fine ! but suddenly stopped. Now when the mouse pass over the images, they picture's elements dont move anymore... and I dont know why.
Please help, thank you

Thank you. Well this is strange because all that time this button was ON... and the options there as well.
I am confused. Anyway, for the moment it works.
Best
