Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello,

I created a slider for my home page that I am working on for my website. The slider on the laptops and desktops is working flawlessly. However, on mobile I do not see the slider at all. I don't see an error message or anything, it just doesn't show anything.

    What could be the problem?
    Please help,

    Thanks!

    Hello josenio,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked your site using both an iOS and Android mobile device, but for me the slider was being displayed properly.

Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?

In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?

    Hello!
Yes, I forgot to mention that the slider I was referring to was on the page: www.josen.io/home

Can you check again and let me know if it still working properly on your end?
I was able to make it display, but now it is not displaying in the correct size/scale!

    Thanks. :)

The mobile slider is not displayed in the correct size, because you have applied max width 100px on it. If you remove it, all should be good.

    Hello,

Yes that fixed it! Thank you. However, there is still a small gap on the sides of the slide. Why is that?
Is there any way to fix that?

    Thanks!

As I can see that gap is generated by Visual Composer: div.vc_row.wpb_row.vc_row-fluid.vc_custom_1519061363943.vc_row-has-fill.vc_row-no-padding

I'd recommend to try to insert the slider to a different block, row or element in VC to see if that works, or use another publishing method: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#publishing-sliders
