I purchased the LayerSlider for the website https://seattlepeoplesparty.com/ but activated it at a test location at my site http://robfenwick.com/ , it didn't occur to me that that would cause a problem. After launching it at https://seattlepeoplesparty.com/ the purchase code was revoked. I have since deleted the test site but still can't activate the LayerSlider at https://seattlepeoplesparty.com/ . How can I fix this?

We have launched a site that you can use to manage and reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations
With this you can remove any earlier activations. After that, all you need to do is reactive the license in the product activation box in the plugin, and all should be good.
Thank you, that worked, the LayerSlider is activated and it says I can receive updates but for some reason I still can't update the LayerSlider from WP dashboard. I can download the update from Envato Market and do it manually but I am wondering why I can't just use the update feature from the plugin page.
Thank you for the feedback. What is happening exactly through the update method ? Are there any error messages, or does it just fail to update without any notification ?

I was getting an error "update package unavailable", but I tried again today and didn't have any problem updating, maybe my re-activation just hadn't propagated though the system yet. All is good now. Thanks.
