    I originally started using your plugin as bundled in the theme we purchased: HB-Themes - Highend.

    I purchased your plugin separately so I could update it separate from the theme.

    But when I get a notification in the WP Admin dashboard that there is a new version available and I try to update this plugin now I get an error:

    Update Failed: Update package not available.

    I am currently running Version 6.6.5

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    The 'Update package not available' or similar error messages during the update process, are most likely symptoms of an interfering 3rd party theme or plugin.
    We are constantly notifying and working together with various authors whenever we notice such issue. Unfortunately, these issues cannot be fixed from our end and a temporary solution is updating manually or temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to the default WP theme.

    Another possibility might be a stuck activation. If you've used our online tools to remotely deactivate a site (or asked us to do the same on your behalf) your site might no longer be activated. The same can be true if your purchase code has been revoked due to a refund or another reason. In cases like this deactivating your license and then immediately re-activating it in the product activation box can help.

    We've also included a major auto-update improvement to version 6.6.8. that should help with most of these cases. So if you update to the current release, using one of the above mentioned methods, this error shouldn't occur anymore.
