Problems with the activating method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.
Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.
Thank you for the feedback. In case there are no errors in the System Status, it is most likely going to be a conflict problem with a 3rd party item on your installation.
To start troubleshooting please temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue and you can activate the plugin.
I uninstalled all the plugins and my custom theme to troubleshoot this issue, for lack of time I proceeded to use a different slider tool. I will like a refund on my purchase.
We're very sorry, but as the issue is not generated by our plugin, but related to a 3rd party factor, we cannot offer you a refund.
However, we are here to assist you further troubleshooting this error. If you would set up a temporary WP login for us, we could investigate this further from the admin as well, to see if we can find anything else.
When clicked Activate button changes to working.... and just sits there I have tried it a few times without success, am I missing something?
