There is no limit for sliders/slides/layers you can use, but your web server configuration could prevent creating more content after a point. The LayerSlider System Status lists the recommended values and notifies you if something needs to be raised. If there is no error in the System Status, you should be good to go.
I checked System Status and everything seems fine.
The problems occure when number of layers exceed around 123 - more or less, it's probably conditioned by some kind of memory, not exact that number, i'm not sure about that.
PHP Memory Limit should be 768 on the hosting side (SiteGround) by default, however LayerSlider shows it's 256. But it's checked as ok.
I'm handling it for now by deleting obsolete layers, but I should really need more of them to work comfortably.
Thank you for the feedback. Creating more layers is most likely prevented by a memory limitation. I'd recommend to contact with your host, check on the server settings, and raise what's necessary.
Hi,
Is there a maximum for number of layers (or memory that they consume)? If so, is there a way to increase it?
Thanks
