After I create the slider and save it it says that it has saves but it doesn't. The slider then comes up blank. I spent hours on end trying to trouble shoot this.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Problems with the saving method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.
Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located in the Options menu on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.
Unfortunately in case there are no server setting related errors in the System Status, it could be a conflict problem on your installation. First please try to troubleshoot this, by temporary disabling other plugins and switching to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
If it did not help either, that leaves us with a possible server side issue, related to a PHP error, but currenty the exact error message is not visible as the WP debug mode is not enabled. Please try to enable it and look for any PHP errors in the logs that could provide more information.
