Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Hello Thontatah,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today.
I would like to confirm that we have received your message. I've tested this and I can see the difference in Chrome and Opera compared to other browsers. I will have to contact and consult with the development team first regarding this browser differency. I will get back to you as soon as I can with the results.
We appreciate your patience while we're working towards your ticket.
Hello again,
Please try to disable the Use srcset attribute option to see if that helps. It is located in the Slider Settings -> Misc tab.
Good Morning! I did exactly what you said, but it did not help, the background image is still blurry!
Thank you for the feedback. We will look into this to see if we can find anything else, and get back to you shortly.
I'll be waiting, I really need you to figure it out, because 90% of people who live in Brazil access Chrome.
The plugin is fully compatible with Chrome, there is no issue with it. You can confirm this by checking our demo site with Chrome. The sliders are fine there with it.
The problem is going to be related to something else, we are looking into it.
We've looked into this further and discovered that the image itself is not rendering correctly in Chrome.
Here's the original link for the image: https://forcaempreendedora.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/For%C3%A7a-Empreededora-Marketing-Digital-1.png
As you can see the image by itself is still blurry in Chrome, even though it's not in the slider.
We believe that the encoding used for the image is causing this. We'd recommend to use a different format, for example jpg, to see if that works.
