No sound on embedded the youtube video slide. Also the slide loops back to the first slide before the video is finished playing. I tried adjusted the slide duration to the length of the video and did not resolve either issue.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I've checked the URL you provided, but as I can see the whole page is broken currently.
But I've noticed that there are jQuery errors (jQuery is not defined) on your site. This usually means that your jQuery is not loaded or not in the right way. LayerSlider needs it be loaded in the header to be able to display the slider properly.
If you're not familiar with jQuery you can try to use the Put JS includes to body advanced setting to see if that helps.
Please also check if you're using the Rocketscript feature of Cloudflare, as it interferes with jQuery therefore our plugin.
Issue resolved: In addition to the actions completed below, I was able to adjust the individual slide settings to resolve the transition timing and sound issues. Thanks!
After having multiple issues with embedded Youtube video, I decided to switch to embedding a Vimeo video instead. Once embedded I realized the video has no sound and the controls are not displayed at the bottom. I believe this issue is already reported and development team is working on a fix.
Is there a resolution yet? If not, when can customers expect the issue to be resolved? I have attached a snip-it of the Chrome DevTools Error that occurs.
If you are referring to Google Chrome 66's autoplay policy change that prevents automatic video/audio playback in certain situations, then yes we are working on possible solutions to mitigate these restrictions. Unfortunately since it's governed by the browser, there is no way to restore the previous behavior. However, we will be able to supply alternate options like autoplaying muted videos where visitors can restore sound with a separate button.
Regarding the video controls, they shouldn't be affected by this. They are most likely disabled by Vimeo's video player settings or in the embed code.
If it was just happening in Chrome, I'd agree that it's the Chrome 66 autoplay policy. However the issue, the muted video on all pages, is happening on all browsers. Please advise.

Did you add the video as slide background by any chance ? Background videos are muted and stripped of controls by default.
If not, please show us a test page where we can check on this.
