    Hi,

I've some issues with layer slider on smartphone view.

As you can see on my site (http://www.am-chauffage.be/2018/), the laptop appears on top of the page without the other layers (when you reduce window to a smartphone view)...

The bug appears when I'm going on the site or when I refresh the page.

Can you help me to fix it ?

    Thanks !

    Hello Maxime,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today.

I would like to confirm that we have received your message, I can see the position problem after refresh with the mobile version of the slider. Due to the nature of the issue you are experiencing, I will have to contact and consult with the development team first. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

We appreciate your patience while we're working towards your ticket.

    Hello again,

The dev team investigated this, but unfortunately they couldn't locate the exact issue from the front-end. Could you please set up a temporary WP login for us, so we can troubleshoot this further from the back-end ?

    Hello,

We've investigated this further and the issue is most likely related to your theme and its method that is responsible for resizing on mobile. But we've managed to solve the problem by writing an additional custom code to one of the slider's API functions.

    Thank you for team's help ! It's working :)

But I don't think that issue is related to my theme cause I can see the same on your own site (as you can see with attachment). Maybe you should add custom code in an universal update ?

By the way, it's working for me so many thanks !
