    I have bought this plugin and have been trying to activate it for about 2 weeks now. I am being told by you all that it has to do with my server. I am on a different server and it still does not work. I feel like I wasted my money. I have never had this problem with any plugins I needed to activate. All i want to do is run a video with this plugin but the bundled version gives me a message that I need to buy it. Well, I did and now I still cant use it. Please advise. My system is giving me a go for everything in the plug in settings. I don't see what the issue is no my side.

    Further, I just checked with the tech team for my server and they don't see any issues on their side.

    Yes thank you, I did that. It still would not activate. Am I able to run a video using this plugin without activating it? I have been trying to get this done for a client.

    Yes, you can still create sliders with videos and insert them to the site. They will work the same. The activation only limits the premium features.

    Regardless, we would like to troubleshoot this further. Could you please set up a temporary WP login so we can check on this in the admin ?

    I have changed the name of the website maxgloxar.com to maxglo.com and it tells me that my license is already being used when I try to activate the plugin on the web. How can I solve that?
    Maxgloxar.com points to maxglo.com, there is only maxglo.com now.

    This purchase code is already being used on another site. You can still use it for activating development mirrors, but each live site requires its own license. Enter another purchase code or deactivate sites before trying to add new ones.

    Dear tdwright23,

    The dev team investigated this thoroughly and they got to a conclusion, that this issue is either caused by a conflict on your installation or it's related to a PHP error.

    First of all, if you did not do it yet, please temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue. We can rule out any 3rd party incompatibility with this.

    If that did not help, we will need to find the PHP error. Currenty the exact error message is not visible as the WP debug mode is not enabled. Please enable it and look for any PHP errors in the logs that could provide more information.

    If you're not familiar with it, or in case your host does not provide access to the logs, I'd recommend to contact your hosting provider and ask them to look into this. They have the necessary tools and permissions to find the PHP error in the logs.

    At this point. I don't think I should be having to go through all of this. You all are not sure what the issue is. But want me to find what is wrong with your product. I would like to have my money back, please. Thank you.

    We don't want you to find what's wrong with our product, as the error is not located in LayerSlider. As mentioned the issue you are experiencing is either a conflict with another item or a server related PHP error. Both of these cases are unrelated to LayerSlider, we are actually trying to help you troubleshoot a 3rd party issue.
