Just updated layerslider to 6.6.8 and paid for a premium subscription. I used FTP to update the files in the Layerslider folder in Wordpress. Now, when I go to create a new slide, I get the error:
WordPress database error Table 'wordpress.wp_12_layerslider_revisions' doesn't exist for query SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_12_layerslider_revisions WHERE slider_id = 1 LIMIT 1 made by do_action('toplevel_page_layerslider'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, layerslider_router, include('D:\home\Default\iduk3.com\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\LayerSlider\views\slider_edit.php'), LS_Revisions::count
It would seem that Layerslider wants a new database table. So, how do I go about updating my MySQL databases on a Wordpress multisite. I thought there would be a button to do this?
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Judging from the error message, the plugin might have became corrupted somehow throughout the updating FTP process.
I'd recommend to remove it completely (and any other older copy if there was a bundled version with a theme) and manually reinstall the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon. If possible please try to use the WP installation this time. Your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.
