Not playing on Mobile

The plugin is not auto playing on mobile devices.

Also the slider does not appear properly on mobile devices the same way it looks on computer or tablets. The text is completely out of sync, I have a drop shadow on the text but on mobile devices the text is completely out of alignment.

It creates new lines when there are none.

I have attached screen shots with examples and explanations.

    Hello Darren,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

We've checked your slider, but the text is not misaligned for us. We've tested it in multiple dekstop and mobil browsers. LayerSlider scales 1:1, so if you position them correctly and apply the same styles, there shouldn't be any alignment problem.
On what device/OS/browser do you experience this exactly ?

Regarding the mobile problem. Unfortunately the video displays and some other features are quite limited on mobile browsers. There are some tablet and high-end mobile browsers where these features work, but on most devices they will not, due to certain mobile browser restrictions. Because of these limitations, it will not provide the same effect as it does on desktop.
However there is one thing you could try, adding the video as slide background to see if that works.

You can show different content on mobile/tablet devices two ways.

You can use the device specific layers to display content only on certain devices. This feature gives you the option to create separate layers and layouts for desktop - mobile - tablet view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device. So basically you can enable the video layer only in desktop view.

Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two sliders with different sizes or with different content for dekstop and mobile/tablet, include them both to the site, and only display them on the required device. To achieve this you will need to use the Hide over and Hide under options in the Slider Settings. For example create a slider for desktop view with a video and set ~1024 for the Hide under. So the slider will only visible on a screen that is higher this value. After that you can create a slider for mobile/tablet without video and add Hide over ~1023.
