I'm using Layerslider 6.6.8 with Wordpress 4.9.2. The photo I am using in this slider was filling the whole screen but is no longer. Slider Settings is Full Width - see attachments. Yesterday the top of the image was not filling the top of the screen. We adjusted it up in the Slides Screen and it filled the screen. Today with no changes we're aware of the photo will not fill the screen. What might be going on? Did we mess something up? This problem did not exist prior to upgrades and we have been using this for a year now. Thanks
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
I have checked your site, but for me the slider is being filled properly at the moment.
Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?
Furthermore, issues like this are usually related to the background size option. The auto and contain values do not adjust the image to completely fill the slider. You will need the cover or stretch for that. But as I can see you are using cover currently, so that should be fine.
Thanks for responding. I fixed it by reverting to a revision from 3 days ago. This issue was visible in most recent versions of Firefox and Safari for Mac.
If you add it as a slide background it will be responsive. But this way with the fullwidth layout, it will not be scaled larger than its initial size, so unfortunately you cannot really achieve what you're looking for this way.
Alternatively you could try to set it up the following way: width 100% , height empty, left / top 50%

Thank you for the feedback. In that case could you please set up a test page with the faulty slider where we can investigate this error ?
Thank you. My colleagues and I will look into this to see if we can find anything, and get back to you shortly.
