In your custom CSS, there is a 1.5 px letter spacing applied on every p element. That is why it looks different.
You will need to apply this same letter spacing on the layers in the admin area as well, after that you can position them accordingly and they will look the same.

Thanks. Got it.
however i notice when I press to 2nd slide, the alignment of one font element is not in order.
In layer slider everything was okay. but when I was in browser, the alignment malfunction.
