    Hello,

The parallax effect does not work on google chrome on my mobile devices if I use the slider settings from the plugin and post the code on my page. It does work on firefox on my phone and it also works if I use my templates built in page builder. I would just use that but the image is very small and theres no way to adjust the height without coding.

If you go to my page there are 2 images Im using for testing purposes. The one up higher on the page does not work on mobile and was used by pasting the coding from the slider settings. The one at the very end of the page does but that one as you see is very short and used with my pagebuilder.

    Hello jbarrett1986,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Unfortunately fixed background effects (I believe that is what you're referring to as parallax) were disabled by platform/browser developers for better performance on mobiles/tablets, so they are only available on desktop at the moment.

Ok well like I mentioned it does work if I use my pagebuilder that is built into the website but I cant find the coding where I can adjust the height.

Also, there is another webpage I ended up finding that works on mobile. Not sure how they got it to work..

www.Babybadass.com is the page where it works.

My site is https://walleyechad.com the parallax on top is the one that doesnt work on mobile and it was built using the plugin settings. The small parallax image at the very bottom if you look, works on mobile but it was used using the template page builder. Not sure why your plugin settings would disable it on mobile when their is a specific setting asking if I want it enabled on mobile or not?

As I can see the bottom one is not created with LayerSlider, so we are not related to and can't control that section. Unfortunately as I've mentioned the fixed background effects were restricted by developers for increased performance on mobiles and tablets. They might still work on certain devices/browsers or in certain cases, for example when the content is added by itself like on your site. But they will most likely not work in a more complex and resource demanding environment like a slider. The fixed background effect in the slider will only work on desktop at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
