Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I am trying to activate my purchase on a website for the first time and it just says working and never progresses to activation. I have tried on several different browsers - please advise.

    Hello tdwright23,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Problems with the activating method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately.

Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

Thank you Attila, I have checked the system and posted a screenshot. Looks like the only issues are related to activation.

Thank you for the feedback. In this case it is likely a conflict problem on your installation with a 3rd party plugin or theme unfortunately.

To start troubleshooting please temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.

Thank you. The plugin works I have a slider currently working on it as the slider was bundled with the theme. I just bought a license to use the video features but I am unable to activate it. So is that still an issue on my side?

I see. Unfortunately some themes are restricting the update and/or activation method of the plugin that could result in problems like this.

I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider.

You will need to completely remove the bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation.

Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.
