You will need to completely remove the current version of LayerSlider first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation at the same time.
Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in this process.
We currently have LayerSlider version 5.3.2
I purchased a license for the updated version 6 and downloaded zip file. In attempting to install the file: layersliderwp-6.6.7.installable.zip
I get the following error (see attachment)
