After doing the plugin update today, I've lost all the layers and effects that I have been working on using one of your templates.  It still looks like where I left off live, but in the dashboard there are no graphics to edit and the slides are all missing.  Nothing clicks.

    any advise?

I was able to edit my slider after I did a restart of my computer.  It works, but it seems glitchy since the update.  I cant delete slides.  When I click the red X next to the slide, my computer hoses up until i hit the esc key.

    Wierd....

    Hello wavdav911,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

That is indeed strange. There is no known issue like this present in the latest release of the plugin (6.6.8.), so unfortunately it is most likely  going to be related to something else. In your case it could be a conflict problem on your installation with a 3rd party item, or a server configuration issue (a limitation of some sort).
To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages that could provide more information.

    Attila,

I was looking through the public tickets and saw 3 other people with the same issue.  I can not delete slides.

    Attilia,

I just installed your plugin the day before the update.  I could delete slides the day before the update, but could not right after the update.

There is an issue with the update and I hope it can be resolved soon.

As I've mentioned, there is no issue with the update. If there was indeed an error in it that affects the admin area, we would know about it. LayerSlider is actively being used on more than a million websites, and we did not receive such feedback regarding the new version, nor did we experience it on our end throughout testing. As mentioned before this is going to be a conflict problem or a server configuration issue. Please follow up with the instructions provided in my last reply. Thank you.
