Is it possible to fix a layer so that it stays in place when the rest of the page/layerslider is scrolling down.? I have put an eg of site where the text/menu stays in place. That is the kind of thing I'm after with one layer being fixed.

Unfortunately it's not possible to achieve this at the moment, you cannot pin layers into one fixed place while the rest of the slider or site is scrolled.
