Hello I am having problems changing the slider to see the slider on all devices. I push the buttons with icons and nothing happens. I took a screen shot of the buttons for you to review.

Thank you. I've logged in, but I did not face this problem. I was able to select and de-select the device buttons without any issue. I've tested it in a new slider and in the two previous ones that were already there as well. It was working for me in all cases.
The System Status also looked good, it only mentioned caching, but that would only affect the front-end, not the admin.
Ah, I see. I thought the problem was that the buttons do not work. I've checked your settings again and the text layer on the first slide was set to be hidden on tablets. That is why it was not showing in the preview when you selected the tablet view.
I've already corrected the tablet toggle, that is why you did not see it. In any case, these device toggles are not related to the slider's appearance or layout. These are simply showing or hiding the layers. Changing them do not adjust the slider's position or size in the page. To affect the layout and appearance of slider itself you need to use the options located in the Slider Settings.
I'm sorry, but it's getting a little confusing. Are you experiencing problems with the layers not showing accross all devices, or with the slider itself and its layout on certain devices ? You've mentioned both by now, so just to be clear.
I've also tested the slider on a tablet and mobile and both the slider's layout and the layers were fine. Please see attached screenshots.
I see, thank you for the feedback. I've noticed that you are using Responsive Under 1200 on your slider. This means that the responsive mode will only start working under the specified value.
I'd recommend to remove the Responsive Under value you have set alltogether. Since version 6 the plugin calculates this option by itself so you do not have to enter anything. The Responsive Under option is located in the Slider Settings -> Layout -> Fullwidth section. It is hidden by default so you have to enable the Show Advanced Settings button.
