i created a slide with simple text boxes on it which are supposed to have a background color underneath them. While i am in the editor, the background color is displayed correctly, when im on the page however, only parts of the text has the background color. (half of it is displayed without having any background)
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
Judging by your screenshots, it's possible that your theme or another item on your site overwrites the slider's default styilings, causing this problem on the front-end. Could you please show us your site or a test page where we can check this to investigate ?
Regarding the problem, please set the font family and font size for every text layer, using the plugin's built-in options in the Styles tab and press save. This should solve the issue you are experiencing.
Thank you for the feedback. In that case I'll let the dev team look into this in depth, to see what they can find. And I'll get back to you with their results.
I've got word back from the dev team. They suggest that you should remove the width value from the layers (as they can see its set in percentages). Please try this adjustement.
