    Hello Süleyman,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today.

I would like to confirm that we have received your message. Due to the nature of your queries, I will have to contact and consult with the development team first. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

We appreciate your patience while we're working towards your ticket.

    Hello,

    1. Unfortuantely the popup slider cannot be displayed before the site is loaded, as the slider itself is initialized when the site loads. Due to technical reasons it's not possible to push it earlier.  Regardless, you can set the durations and transitions in the modal / overlay options.

    2. It is because you have inserted the popup with a shortcode. You will need to delete the shortcode and add it with the Target Pages section instead.

  • Süleyman replied

    Dear Atilla.

Thank you very much for your reply.
In fact, the targeting is configured from page targeting section in popup setting.
Withe the access I gave pim youcan see by yourself.
I‘d never use such shortcode id. Please check again.
    Tho, the Popup doesn’t appear...?!

    Best, Süleyman

Thank you. My colleagues and I will look into this to see if we can find anything else, and get back to you shortly.

That would be very nice. Here some infos: You can see the Slider on www.tatkraft.org/en/ if you use safari on mac. firefox or chrome does not show the slider also entire windows system not. good luck, waiting for good news.

    Hello,

Could you please set up a temporary WP login for us please ? It seems like we need admin access to thoroughly investigate this error from the back-end. Also, make sure to set the message to private that contains the credentials, so others can't see it.

Thank you. We'll look into it and get back to you.

We've logged in, looked around, but did not find anything wrong on the admin.

Please try to empty cache (any cache plugin or solution on your installation) to see if that works.

If that does not help either, please temporary change to a default WP theme and disable 3rd party plugins to look for any incompatibility, that could cause this.

  • Süleyman replied

I am irritated: Meanwhile, without any change, the popup appears on Safari and Chrome but not on Firefox.

    How come?

  • [deleted] replied

Have you followed up with the methods I've suggested in my previous reply ? We still believe that this issue is related to caching/3rd party interference.

  • Süleyman replied

To be honest. I do not know how to delete the cache..

  • [deleted] replied

Usually the cache is handled by a plugin (like WP Super Cache). Could you please look around whether you have any on your installation ? It might also be part of your theme.

And regarding the 'trial and error' method. You can disable plugins in the WP Plugins menu. And you can change theme in the WP Appearance menu.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
