The problem is that if i choose full screen all layers go to the middle. so ich choosed responsive and the size of 480 to 1000. It worked but the fixed size of 1000 is not full screen on other devices.
Is there is a possibility to solve this problem or is there a setting to say that a slider is only visible on the ratio 16/9 or 16/10

You could adjust it two ways. Either with device specific layers or with multiple slider versions.
Since version 6 you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). This new feature gives you the option to create separate layers and layouts for mobile and desktop view in the same slide, and only show them on the required device.
Additionally to the device specific layers, you could also build two sliders with different sizes or with different content for dekstop/mobile, include them both to the site, and only display them (using the Hide over and Hide under options) on the required device.
