Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Play by Scroll at top of page causes Safari to jump back up after scrolling down

    Unlike Chrome, Safari is allowing the user to scroll past the play by scroll element (which is at the top of the page) and then causing the browser to jump back up to the top of the page to show the play by scroll behavior. Is there a way to fix this behavior?
