    Hello alexlim91,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I've checked your slider on the URL you provided, but there is no layer configured similar to the falling images from the demo slider.

I'd recommend to take another look at the settings of those layers, you might have missed something. Or even copy the falling layers from the demo (ctrl+c ctrl+v) to your slider and only change the images, but not the settings (or just slightly).

There are no immediate plans to add a gradient generator option to the plugin, but we will consider it for future updates.

    Hi,

How is it? Do you guys help me check for it?

    Thank You

I've logged in and checked your settings. I assume you are trying to recreate the falling effect with the shirt layer.

You are missing several options. You did not specify the following settings that were used in the demo slider:
Loop Or Middle Transition -> OffsetY, Rotate, Duration, Count, Perspective
Ending Transition -> OffsetX, Rotate, Easing
    Parallax Transition -> Parallax level

Again, I'd recommend to import the v6 demo slider, select a falling layer and check every single option, tab, setting, section we used. As mentioned you also copy it to your own slider to use it as a base for the layer.

    Hi,

I dont want to import from demo slider because it will import those demo image to my website too.

For those setting, it is under slider setting or slides setting?

  • alexlim91 replied

I try to import the demo slider but unfortunately you guys demo slider show me like this. I see the demo is using opening transition for those image

  • [deleted] replied

These settings are located in the Layers -> Transitions section.

The opening transition values shown on your screenshot are okay, they should be like this. Please click on the additional tabs (Loop Or Middle Transition, Ending Transition, Parallax Transition) to see the rest of the options we used.

    Hi,

I seen it work just it run too fast. And the image is png why it show shadow on the image?

    Thank You

  • [deleted] replied

You can edit the length of the transitions with the Duration options. Entering a larger value will result in a slower animation.

Which image contains shadow ? I do not see any shadow on the images in your slider. Or would you like to apply it on them ?

    Hi,

How can i create the scroll down function for example when customer click the down arrow on the slider then it will direct scroll down to below.

    Thank You

  • [deleted] replied

You can select the "Scroll to element" option from the dropdown menu in the Link & Attributes tab of the corresponding layer to achieve this. You will need to apply a selector (ID or class) on that element that you want to scroll to, and enter it to the linking field of the layer.

    Hi,

How to remove the margin of the slider https://i.imgur.com/Jx074Q2.png ? Because i got find my theme developer they the spacing is because of the layerslider.

    Thank you

  • [deleted] replied

We are not using any margin by default, so it's not likely that it's added by the slider. In any case, you can add and remove margins in the Slider Setttings -> Appearance -> Slider CSS field.

Also, where should we see this white gap ? I've checked your site, but I do not see it currently (see screenshot). Or does this only happen on certain devices ?

  • alexlim91 replied

    Hi,

Because I ask the theme developer using css code to hide it. I think I cannot everytime using same code to hide the white spacing. I will remove the white spacing, you can check what is the problem.

    Thank You

    Hi,

I has remove the css code. Please check what is problem cause white spacing appear?

    Thank You

    Thank you for the feedback. We've managed to check and identify the problem, it's not generated by LayerSlider. The gap is related to a Visual Composer DIV. This DIV has the following class: .wpb_content_element , and this class has a margin on it: margin-bottom: 35px;

You will need to adjust or delete this Visual Composer element to fix this problem.

    Hi Attila,

I got insert the visual composer row element margin set to 0px but it still show the gap spacing.

    Thank You

Thank you for the feedback. In that case you are most likely editing a different element on the page. Unfortunately we cannot adjust VC's settings from our end. I'd recommend to contact the VC team with this case. As the gap is generated by their item, they should be able to provide you with detailed solution on how to remove it.
