2 of 4 slides are jerking to the side just before they transition to the next slide. The one slide is positioned left center and it jerks to the left, the other is positioned right center and it jerks to the right. This is happening on slides 2 and 3. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

    Hello Barry Mortin,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked your site, but for me the slider is transitioning properly at the moment. I do not see any error with the slide changes or the Ken Burns.

Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?

In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?

    Hi Attila,

Thanks for your assistance. I still see it. I'm using a mac and have checked it in Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Opera.

I also just checked it on an ipad mini and an android phone. It happens on those as well. Please take another look, it's happening at the very end of slides 2 and 3.

I've tested it further on Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge and Safari, but still couldn't reproduce it. I'll contact with my colleagues to see what they get and to test it on multiple installations. I'll get back to you. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, I'd still like some help with this. Note that we took the site live so the layer-slider is on the home page of https://thrivehealthptbo.ca — I tested it again from another location on a pc using several browsers and still saw it — maybe your expectation is different but we see a subtle but definite shift to the side at the end of slides 2 and 3.— I'm sure it's no coincidence that the slide that shifts to left has its background image position set to "left center" and the slide that shifts to the right has the background image position set to "right centre" —

    Hello again,

Got word back from the dev team. They've confirmed that there is a small error with the Ken Burns option. When the background position value is not center-center, there could be small shifts in certain cases with the Ken Burns.

For now they recommend to set back every slide background position to the default and that should solve this.

And they will fix and adjust this error in the upcoming releases. Thank you for your understanding, and sorry for the inconveniences.

    That's a shame...

Thanks for taking the time though Attila!
