Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi there,

i'm looking for more documentation on how to schedule a slide (a popup in my case), to popup only on Weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 8am-4:30pm EST. I see the php documentation there but i have not idea where to input data, what data to input exactly. It's not very clear so i would like more detailed info on exactly how to do that.

    thanks,

    Jeremy

    Hello Jeremy,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

You do not have to use PHP or other coding to set up schedules. There is a built-in option for this in the Slider Settings -> Publish tab. You can use the calendar there for this purpose.

    Hi Attila,

The calendar looks like it has the ability to choose a time to publish, then a time to un-publish. I don't see an option to have it running every Monday-Friday between 8am-4:30pm EST. Can you please elaborate on exactly how to achieve this?

    thanks

Yes, that is right. Unfortunately at the moment there is no option in the plugin to repeat schedules. You can only set a starting and an ending date. We are planning to improve this in the upcoming releases, but currently this is how it works. Thank you for your understanding.
