Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I am trying out layer slider on this site (it's my first time using it).  I imported a couple of demo sliders and even made one from scratch, but they're all blank when I put them on the page.

I do get this error when I try to load it from the elementor widget panel: https://cl.ly/1n3p2O0Y193F

I don't get that error when add the slider via shortcode, but it's blank on the page: https://cl.ly/3E1f1z2w1j2f

I've tried deactivating the theme and all of the plugins and I've verified that the preview shows actual slides.

Okay - apparently there is an issue with php 7.2.  I have rolled back to 7.1 and this is working fine.

    Hello justrjlewis,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

We’ve received similar reports and they were related to PHP. We believe this issue is most likely related to the PHP version you’re using on the web server as well. We discovered that PHP 7.2 can cause issues like this. Since that version was only released recently, we wouldn’t recommend to use it on production sites. It is a custom in the industry, as new and major releases often suffer from various issues.

Rolling back a version until a fix is released (in form of 7.2.X.), should do the trick.
