We've used the demo layer slider which was implemented with the theme and it seems that it is showing the photos one time and the other time it is not showing the photos. Attached is an image of when it's not showing the photos (you only see the logo and the text). What we do see (but not on the photo because it's too small) are tiny lines of where the photos should be. Could you tell me what is causing this? The slider is up to date.

I have done anything and sometimes it's working and sometimes it's not without me doing anything. So that's basically the problem. When it's not working it's also not working on my iPhone, Android tablet, 2 different computers (Apple and Windows) so I don't think that it's a problem with my browser addons since all these devices are totally different. What could be the problem?

I believe that it's going to be related to the image sources then. From time to time the sources of the images (or image paths) become temporary unavailable, so the slider cannot display them for some time.
Could you please check on the images that are not loading properly ?
Also, is there a way to trigger this error or it always happens randomly ?

Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
In case not, please try to temporary disable your browser addons/extensions, they believe it might be the problem, that's interfering with the plugin.
