Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

LayerSlider and Deferred Javascript

I'm trying to improve the performance of my website by making changes based on some performance tests run by GTMetrix. One of their suggestions is to defer the parsing of Javascript. After disabling it, I'm extremely happy with not having anymore animations on the website; however, the slides using LayerSlider do not show up.

The Deferred Javascript Plugin has an option to disable deferring of certain javascript "handles", but I'm not quite sure what handles should be disabled or what that actually means. Can someone assist me with this by chance? Or can I somehow still use LayerSlider to not start with an animation so that javascript can still be deferred and the slides still work?

So I disabled the WP Deferred Javascript Plugin to see which LayerSlider JS files were being used, and just added those to the exceptions. All is well now.
