After 6 months importing templates still doesn't work?
I have tried importing a template and 2 hours later it still says importing please wait

There was no issue with the plugin's importing method, and there is no issue with it now either. The problem you are experiencing is most likely still related to the same server issues that we have discussed in your previous tickets. Until the servers problems are resolved on your site, this issue will continue to persist unfortunately. Please refer to the previous tickets for explanation. I'd recommend to contact your hosting, they can look into this problem in depth, they have the necessary access to the server settings and tools to investigate.
