iOS - slider zoom-in effect

    Hi Kreatura team,

Unfortunately my homepage slider does not display properly on iPhone and iPad.

I tried to change the slider settings by following the advices you gave on similar issues with iOS (e.g. ticket 1363320) but this did not help.

What is the issue with iOs and LayerSlider? What are the correct settings? With all other devices it seems to work - except the ones that are most common, which is a real shame.

Thanks for your help in advance. How can I share my credentials, so you can look into my page without making them public?

    Thanks for your help

    Tina

    Hello Tina,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Naturally, LayerSlider supports iOS devices and there are no known issues with them.

I believe the problem with your slider is going to be related to its configuration and how it was implemented. You can set your messages here to private (before sending), so others won't be able to see it. Please set up a temporary WP login so we can check on this further.

Thank you. How exactly can we login to the back-end ? We've tried with the default /wp-admin, but it did not seem to work (an empty page appeared only). Is there a custom login method we need to use ?

    Hello Attila,

so sorry, the link you used is a re-direct from http://thegermanfixer.de/admin. I did not realize that the other is not working.

If you continue to have problems, I heard from people trying to help me before that they could not access the site from OS. With windows it is working fine for me.

    Thanks again!

    TIna

Thanks. I was able to access the login page this way, but the credentials you provided do not seem to be valid. I receive "FEHLER: Ungültiger Benutzername." error message when I try to login with them. Could you please check if they are still valid ?

    Hello again,

The dev team looked at it, and on http://www.tinagency.eu it seems like the whole site is made up by a single frameset that loads the ' thegermanfixer' site. They believe that this is causing the issue. Could you please confirm that it's the case ? And if yes, are you planning to keep this setup ?

Thank you for the feedback. I will forward this to the dev team and get back to you with their solution/answer.

    Hello again,

The dev team believes that the problem is related to the frameset you are using. This can be confirmed by loading the 'thegermanfixer' site directly, there is no problem or error with it that way. Unfortunately it seems like the frameset solution interferes with the slider.

    Hallo Attila,

thanks again for all you help so far!

So there is no code that could fix that? The only possiblitly I have is not use the frame-redirect, which is not really a good solution for me...

    Thanks

    Tina

Unfortunately that seems to be the case. The frameset solution is interfering with the slider's inserting method and how its loaded. We will try to come up with a solution for this in the future, but at the moment there doesn't seem to be a way to bypass it.
