    Hello John,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

The slider itself is fullsized on your site, but there is no content to fill it completely. The layers are centered in an 'invisible container' in the fullsized layout, and this container is keeping its aspect ratio adjusting itself to the slider's canvas size. The slide background would fill the rest, but you did not set any, so the rest of the slider will remain empty in this case. The fullsized mode keeps the aspect ratio of its content and it will not break/change the canvas size either. Meanwhile, the normal responsive mode scales everything, even if it means changing the aspect ratio or increazing the canvas size in any direction. I'd recommend to use a normal responsive slider instead of fullsized, to achieve what you're looking for.

Also, as I can see you are using the Responsive Under option. I'd recommend to remove this value you have set for your slider. Since version 6 the plugin calculates this option by itself so you do not have to enter anything. The Responsive Under option is located in the Slider Settings -> Layout -> Fullwidth section. It is hidden by default so you have to enable the Show Advanced Settings button.
