    Hi

    I have 3 questions.

    1. I have a theme that layerslider was already installed as a bundle however I did upgrade and have recently purchased layerslider to get the advanced oprions and ready made sliders etc. I am now seeing the attached error message in layerslider in wordpress?
    2. How can I access the updated version and subsequent slider templates?
    3. If I need to remove the current layerslider and reinstall like the error message says , then will i loose all of the current sliders i  have loaded in wordpress?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

    Unfortunately some themes are restricting the update and/or activation method of the plugin that could result in problems like this.

    I'd recommend to manually update the plugin by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon and reinstalling LayerSlider. 

    You will need to completely remove the bundled version first, as there cannot be two instances of the plugin present on your installation. 

    Please note that your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.

    After the reinstall, you will be able to activate and update the plugin without any problem, and also access the Template Store and all of the demo sliders.
