Every once in a while, the images on my slider fail to load even though I've done nothing to change them or done anything to the site. I just today purchased the plugin hoping it would fix the problem, but they still aren't showing up - granted, it's been about 10 minutes since I put in the purchase code. Please advise.

I also have a question about putting a call to action button on the image. Is there a place where I can find help with customization options? I can't believe that buying the plugin doesn't offer any support for customization - of course, that fact is hidden until after you make the purchase. Thanks for that.

    Hello Heather,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Judging from your description, the problem is most likely related to the accessibility of the images. I believe something is blocking the image sources/image paths from time to time, so the slider cannot load them, causing this issue. I've checked your site, but the slider and its images are loaded properly at the moment. Where or when can we see the issue exactly, or how can we reproduce it to check it ?

You can easily link images or any layers with the linking field located in the Layers -> Link & Attributes tab. You can set its behavior and also apply custom attributes if needed there.

Also, there are many source materials available you can check, that will help you get started using LayerSlider. The documentation contains detailed information and examples that you can read on the following URL: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html You can also read the interactive tooltip & notification messages integrated into the Slider Builder interface, with descriptions of the settings by hovering over each one of them. Finally, you can import the demo sliders from the Template Store (most of them contains linked buttons) to see what settings we used and how we set them up exactly.

I've checked it again, but the slider is still loading properly for me (please see atttached screenshot). On what OS/browser/device are you seeing the error exactly ? Or is it not related to a certain setup ?
