By default, only the support team can view and respond to your tickets. A public ticket, however, would allow the entire community to view and reply. Note that they cannot view any information entered into the "private" fields above.

    Hi Attila,

is there a limit to the number of slides I can have or is it determined by the size of the file i am adding to the slideshow? I have one with 32 slides and when I try to add another one I get a payload error.

There is no limit for sliders/slides/layers you can use, but your web server configuration could prevent creating more content after a point.

Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WordPress sidebar, to see if there is any error or notification that would provide more information on this case.

Attached is a screenshot that shows you the system status. Do you see any restrictions that give me that error message?

Thank you for the feedback. The required server settings seem to be fine. Could you please try to look for any incompatibility problem on your installation that could cause this ? You can do that by temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.
