but it doesn't work. It says "Importing please wait" for hours.

Are there no errors or notifications in the LayerSlider System Status ? Not even in the server settings section ?
In case not, please try to look for any incompatibility problem by temporary disabling other plugins and switching to a default WP theme to see if that solves the issue.

That is the problem then. The PHP ZipArchive extension is needed to use the Template Store. As this is a server related setting, your hosting provider can install it for you. Please contact with your hosting and ask them to isntall this extension. This will solve the problem.
