Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     When ever i want to download a template from the store, if its Free, Premium or Slider Packs it takes forever and doesn't download. I left it running for 72 hours once and it still wasn't done loading. Please advise.

    Problems with the importing method such as this, are usually related to server configuration issues unfortunately. Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WordPress sidebar, for any error messages or notifications that could provide additional information on this case.

    Interfering 3rd party items can also cause issues like this. Please try temporarily disabling all other plugins and switching to the default WP theme to see if it helps.

    Got it (For Go Daddy Users)

    1. Log Into your Admin for Cpanel
    2. Scroll to the bottom  and find the section called "Software"
    3. Look for "Select PHP version" and open it.
    4. To enable PHP ZipArchive Extension, just select Zip (picture attached)
    5. To maximize PHP Post Max Size and PHP Max Upload Size , select Switch To PHP Options in that same window and just edit the limits. 
    6. Click Save, and your done

    Hello,

    Yes, the PHP ZipArchive extension is required to import templates. Did this change solve the issue? Is there anything else we can help you with?
