Everytime I open a gallery and click on an image, a black background appears.  I have to go back and do the operation again, to avoid this problem.

Is it possible to fix this problem?

    Thank you

    Hello Denise,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked the URL you provided, but as I can see there is no LayerSlider on it. The images were set up with a gallery grid and fancybox, and not with our plugin.

Regardless, I believe what you should change in the gallery grid to solve this, is the background overlay of the image popups.

How can I get rid of this on my home page? I have modified the layer slider and since, this appears in Wordpress.

I cannot see the home page as it is.

    Thank you.

    Hello Denise,

It seems that the slider you are using on your home page has been deleted (on the LayerSlider admin page). You can restore it by clicking the link in the red notification message or follow the instructions provided there.

I know that it is possible to restore but this is not what I wish,  I want to get rid of the message that opens everytime I  go on this website as admin.

    Thank you

You should remove the (deleted) slider from that page (for example, if you used a shortcode, please remove it)

I have deleted the slider and also the image on the front page. But even after that it is still there.

I am using the layer slider from WPBakery!

It is not enough to delete the slider from the slider list on the LayerSlider admin page. You will need to remove the shortcode (which is refering to the deleted slider) from your page. If you don't know, how to do this, I can help. In this case, please create me a temporary wp-admin access.

    Hi

To create a temporary wp-admin I need a valid email address.

Can you send it to me?

    Thank You

    Hello Denise,

I think I've found it. If you scroll down on the page editor, you'll find a box called "Layer Slider or Qode Slider Shortcode" (see on the attached screenshot). In the field there was an old and removed slider shortcode with id=4 specified. I deleted the shortcode, now it works well as I can see.
