On the computer the site loads properly but on the phone or tablet the website loads past the slider. I need this taken care of asap. I thought it was due to the older version of Layerslider so i purchased the new version and its not helping at all. so i feel like i wasted money on this product now.

    Hello RobertoSites,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I have checked your site on multiple mobile devices, but for me the mobile version of the slider (under 1280) is being displayed without any issue.

Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?

In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?

Yes I have an iphone 7 latest OS its happened with different phones too. the screen jumps down to the center of the page. The site has gone live now by the way so you can view it at this link https://chillspacenyc.com

    Hello RobertoSites,

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We don't know about an issue like this. We tested almost all of our demo sliders on mobile devices. Could you, please try if without a slider inserted into that page?

Could you, please create me a temporary wp-admin access? You can paste the login credentials here and post it privately - so it won't be visible to anyone. I would like to check some settings on the layerslider backend.

Could you, please add this meta element into your site's <head> section of the page source code?
