Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Using Layer Slider 6 and the premium template of Fixed Background with YouTube video links. However, the 2nd and 3rd slide shows a gray loading image instead of the normal freeze frame. I've attached an image of the first slide to show how that works and a screenshot of the second slide to show how it doesn't.

The problem might be related to that the video thumbnails are not available in the same quality that you have set. Please check on the Slider Settings -> Video / Audio -> YouTube preview option, and adjust (lower) the setting if needed.
Yes that was the problem. The first video was HD and the others were lower quality. Thank You.
