Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello Friend,

three days ago, I sent you an email with access to my site to see why your plugin does not work on pages that are created using wpbakery page builder. The slider works only on non-wpbakery page builder plug-ins. Please comment. Here you have links:

    Hello cromags1,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

I've checked your site and the problem seems to be related to the WP Bakery page builder and its method how it implements elements. We will investigate this further to provide a more accurate description of the problem. In the meantime you should be able to use the plugin's built-in methods to insert sliders to your site: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#publishing-sliders

    Thank you for answer.
I bought your plugin because I did not want to use the built-in revolution slider, it's too complicated for me. I want to use it on the opening page that is a builder. If it's not working, it's useless for me and I bought it unnecessarily :-(

We've investigated this further, but couldn't reproduce any issue like this on our end. We also have Visual Composer and LayerSlider installed for testing, but they did not conflict for us. We are working in close cooperation with WP Bakery to avoid any problems like this, so it shouldn't happen under normal circumstances. There are no known compatibility problems either at the moment.

First of all, please make sure that you are using the newest release of both VC and LayerSlider.

Another thing we can think of is a certain VC addon is causing this. We've found clues in the source code that suggest this. Please try to troubleshoot this, by keeping VC active, but temporary disabling its addons.

What you could also try, is to enable the "Include scriptes in the footer" option in the Advanced settings tab, to see if that helps. It's meant for other pruposes, but it might help with this case as well.
