Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello Lumspa,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is Attila and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

You can copy and move slides between sliders, with the small blue arrow icon next to your slide tabs.

You can export a slider by clicking the downwards arrow in the sliders list and selecting the Export option. And you can use the Import sliders button (on top of the sliders list) to import it on the other installation.

Hi Attila, thank you for your return.

Got your message for exporting and importing slider. Thank you

But I dont' see the arrow that would allow me to take one slide from a slider to another.... I only see an import arrow...

Can you drop me a screenshot of what you mean ? Thank you

Yes, that is what you're looking for. You can use that import arrow to select a slider from the sliders list, and then choose from its slides to copy them to the currently selected/active slider.
